一、接受条款
1. 本网站（以下简称“本平台”）提供的所有服务均受本条款约束。用户访问、浏览或使用本平台，即表示已阅读、理解并同意接受本服务条款全部内容。
2. 本平台有权随时更新本条款，修订后将在网站公示，公示后即生效。用户继续使用服务视为接受修订后的条款。

二、用户资格

四、用户行为规范
用户承诺不利用本平台从事以下行为：
• 违反法律法规、公序良俗；
• 侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权等合法权益；
• 发布垃圾信息、虚假信息、暴力、色情等内容；
• 实施网络攻击、爬虫、批量采集、恶意注册等行为；
• 其他损害本平台或第三方利益的行为。
IV. User Code of Conduct
Users undertake not to use the Platform to:
• Violate laws, regulations, or public order and good morals;
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of others;
• Post spam, false information, violent, pornographic, or inappropriate content;
• Conduct cyberattacks, web crawling, bulk data collection, malicious registration, or similar activities;
• Engage in other acts that harm the Platform or third parties.
五、知识产权
1. 本平台所有内容（包括文字、图片、logo、视频、软件、界面设计等）的知识产权归本平台所有。
2. 未经书面许可，任何人不得复制、分发、修改、使用或用于商业目的。
V. Intellectual Property Rights

八、服务变更、中断与终止
1. 本平台可自行决定修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务，无需提前通知。
2. 用户违反本条款，平台有权立即暂停或终止账户，拒绝提供服务。
VIII. Service Modification, Suspension, and Termination
1. The Platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all services at its discretion without prior notice.
2. If a user violates these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and refuse services.
九、赔偿与责任限制
用户因违反本条款给本平台或第三方造成损失的，应承担全部赔偿责任。

十、其他
1. 条款任何部分被认定无效，不影响其余部分效力。
2. 本条款中英文版本具有同等法律效力。
X. General Provisions

2. Both the Chinese and English versions of these Terms shall have equal legal effect.
